I did a cardio-blast class for the first time Tuesday, HIIT, squats, weights, plyo for an hour. Normally aching legs, lower back and overall muscle soreness not just the day after a new routine/ race but usually for two days after. [But] I doubled up on my CoreAO, and was able to power-garden yesterday with no problems!

I’m a nurse and a fitness instructor so I’m on my feet for long hours and do high-impact aerobics. A few weeks ago, [a condition] flared up really bad. It was continually getting worse, I was in constant pain and was starting to limp, but I was too busy to rest it. By the time I was done with my day my foot was throbbing . . . totally swollen and red from my toes to my ankles! I was certain it was broken! I thought I would try the CoreAO. I took three on Saturday, [and] by Sunday morning the swelling and pain were gone. I could walk! I even wore high heels to church!

I LOVE my GO! I used to be such a coffee and soda junkie, but I stopped cold-turkey after just one serving of GO! There’s no crash, and the energy lasts for hours! It’s been almost two weeks for me, and I feel AMAZING!

Since I’ve been using this amazing product I need less sleep and am waking up two hours earlier ? I have PTSD and usually never get a restful sleep. Part of my chronic fatigue stems from that, so now I have so much more energy! Very excited!
